I have been working with leaders in a coaching capacity since 1995, first in my role as an internal organizational consultant and since 1999 as external consultant and coach. My coaching clients have included senior executives and managers in corporations, high potential individual contributors, both staff and board leaders of non-profits, executive directors and presidents of national associations, and business owners. While the focus of my coaching usually relates to the client’s professional work, my approach involves the whole person, enabling and sustaining growth based on expanded awareness, increased choice and commitment, and the ability to produce new results.
I have also enjoyed bringing my coaching expertise to these situations:
- Mentor/coach in the Pathbuilders Achieva mid-career women’s mentoring program
- Coach to Georgia State University EMBA students and their teams
- Faculty member and co-designer of the Competency Development Program for Coach Certification: Skills for High Impact Coaching at the Gestalt International Study Center
- Coach in GISC’s Leadership in the 21st Century program
